Everyday life is often stressful, you have lots of appointments and your work is demanding. This makes it difficult to plan long training sessions – and above all to stick to these plans. When you leave the office tired, your motivation to exercise is often low, and your diary also vetoes this from time to time. But this will no longer be a problem in future. Because you only need 10 minutes, twice a week, to train on the vibration plate. In our studios, we offer you personalised vibration training support from our qualified vibration trainers. We can use vibration training to specifically support your regeneration after injuries or operations and accelerate muscle recovery. Alternatively, regular training can prevent injuries by stabilising the deep muscles. Vibration training is also a promising way for senior citizens to give their bodies stability. Balance plays a specific role here: during the exercises, the vibrations repeatedly cause you to lose your natural balance slightly – without you even realising it, your body counteracts this.
