We are constantly on the lookout for new cities.

The location and the property should fulfil these requirements:

  • Attractive, well-frequented location with at least 50,000 inhabitants in the immediate catchment area (busy area with shopping facilities, office complex, medical centre, etc.)
  • Connection to public transport desirable
  • Availability of parking facilities desirable
  • Usable area from 80-120 square metres
  • Basic rent max. 2,000.00 Euro net
  • Located on the ground floor with window front (at ground level  no floors)
  • Large window front
  • Room height min. 2.50 m
  • Rent-free period at least 3 months
  • Building cost subsidy must be negotiated individually
